Update: Slim Down

Jogging and eating less have been the focus since August 21st. Now it’s time to focus on doing both more often than twice a week. The only thing I’m counting on is that the minute I go in for my first fitting and start thinking I look awfully flabby, this will re-spark the determination to lose those pounds and tone up.
Too bad my first fitting will probably be in mid December when I am back home.
