If not by will power, then by guilt!
Some people lose weight when they’re stressed or too busy. I, on the other hand, gain it. Whereas some people forget to eat, I can’t stop thinking about the next snack, meal, junk-food-I-can-indulge-in. It’s time to try a new method to keep my mouth empty and closed when it’s not meal time because it turns out I lack will power these days. It’s time to bring in a scale and do daily weigh-ins.
Yes, I’ve heard how this puts a lot of people in guilt trips about themselves, some as far as feeling depressed of what they see every day, but I’m willing to try it. I get more depressed from not fitting into my clothing every day. The madness needs to stop! (And now, I need to go get myself a scale.)
Another solution is duct tape. Just wrap it around your head until your piehole is completely covered and you’ll have the most willpower ever.
Is that how you’ve been losing weight lately? Because I don’t see anything else working for you.
